California-based start-up KINONA plans to launch a line of women's golf apparel in January 2018

KINONALos Angeles, California - California-based start-up KINONA plans to launch a line of women's golf apparel in January 2018. KINONA is lead by apparel industry veteran, Dianne Jefferies Celuch. Celuch's extensive background in production and sourcing in Asia and Latin America has been instrumental in helping KINONA to develop, sample and ultimately produce their line in downtown Los Angeles. "It is important for us to be able to test and learn from our customers and to be responsive to their feedback. Working with local factories will enable us to reduce our production lead times and give us greater flexibility once we better understand what is selling." comments Celuch. KINONA will go to market through their website (launching mid-January 2018) and also through a social selling approach, selling their products via trunk shows and home parties.

KINONA believes that women can love their golf clothes. With most women’s golfers in their mid forties, stuff happens to their shape. KINONA brings a modern style, flattering styles and comfort to the game. KINONA wants to re-define the paradigm of “appropriate golf attire” and reinvent the process of how it is purchased. Because we aren’t just golfing. We’re golfing, then grabbing lunch. Golfing, then running errands. Golfing, then heading into a status meeting. We’ve come too far to slow down for our clothes. And let’s face it. Polo fatigue is real.
